This metal panel could be found erected inside Houghton Grammar School, commemorating the old boys who died during World War 2.
The memorial features the Grammar School crest and motto (Ut Prosim) at the top, and is followed by a dedication, list of names and a line from the Ode of Remembrance from Laurence Binyon's 'For the Fallen'.
